Flagship Evangelists are selected among the best and most committed Christian men and women many who come out of The African Bible College, located in the remote area of Yekepa, Nimba County, Liberia, Africa. This is the university in which Kent and Jan Ringger served during the years of 2011-2016.

Flagship Churches are the churches which train and send EVANGELISTS to plant churches in villages which have no Christian voice or witness. These evangelists are trained using their college curriculum as well as using the S.E.A.N. Life of Christ Pastoral Training Program. CMRC has secured the printing rights for this three year training program.

Jesus Film Ministry is used by the evangelists to introduce the Gospel message to the unreached areas and villages. Backpacks, which have projectors, screens, and sound equipment are purchased and delivered to the flagship churches. Thousands have come to know and follow Jesus through this method, as they are able to hear the story of Jesus in their own dialect.

Church Planting generally follows the Jesus film ministry if the “man of peace” grants permission. That permission is often found when after they request that the church bring a primary school. The importance of that ministry become understandable when it is recognized that only 34% of the primary aged children are in school.

Former president, Ellen Shirief, referred to the Liberian education system as a “mess”. This dysfunctional system is fraught with many problems. Thus, Primary School then becomes a significant need. If we believe that Jesus would want our schools to be done with excellence, then the needs are profound and significant.

Business As Mission is a term we use to address a problem in the church. We have discovered that it is difficult for the newly planted church to support a pastor. As a result, we provide business training for evangelists and pastors, accompanied with a loan program to allow them to become self-reliant.
So, if we are able to bring a church to a village without a Christian voice, the pastor should possess ‘tent-making’ skills so that he can be self supporting. In addition, we can bring a school to that village for the children who are left on the educational sideline.
We then believe, God would say “Well done.”
